Why should I expect Nocturne to receive returned products for a refund?
Before completing the refund process, we must ensure that the returned product meets the return conditions.
You return the product;
- 30-day return to the process
- Not damaged
- Be in the original package
- Must be on the original label.
As long as the product meets these criteria, you can take back the product and delivery fees. If the product does not meet the criteria we cannot accept the refund and unfortunately we cannot refund.
How do I get a refund?
First of all, we are sending you an e-mail to confirm that the product you have returned has been received. We then review the product for a refund within 2 days.
Our quality control team checks whether the product meets the return requirements. If the conditions are met, the method of payment and the currency will be refunded.
It may take an extra 1-2 days for the money to go into your bank account. The money back process from the bank may be extended.
How long do the products I send you for a return?
The period of return of the returned product to our warehouse is 2-5 business days after you send it. Unfortunately, the process of access to the return products you send is not under our control.
When the return products you send us to our warehouse, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that we have received the products.
